I absolutely love this place! It has such a great atmosphere, and everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. I usually go to Hana—she’s super sweet, thorough, and makes every visit relaxing and enjoyable. I tend to come in with a photo of a cute, simple spring design, and at this point, Hana expects it—ready for me to pull out my inspo photo 😄 She’s so kind about it and brings the designs to life beautifully. Also, I’m obsessed with the hand lotion they use! The scent is so beautiful—I think it might be jasmine, but I keep forgetting to ask before I leave. Maybe this review will finally remind me next time! 😊 Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great nail salon with amazing service, attention to detail, and genuinely kind people.

Today was my third time here. My last manicure was by Tee ( I believe that's her name) and today by Alice, some of the best manicures I think I've ever had. Alice took so much time and effort shaping my nails to perfection, every step of the way she asked me if I was satisfied. I came in with no direction and Unsure about my designs, she made some suggestions and helped me match colors perfectly! I really love coming here, it's always a good experience. I'm not sure why the lady at the front was trying to pressure me into paying with cash, that was A little awkward but from now on I will just bring my own cash to avoid that interaction.

I recently moved here and came here for the first time a month ago. The place is nice and clean and check in process is very easy . I had a gel refill done by Helen ($45) she was so great! My nails lasted four weeks and I probably could have gone another week or two ! I called today to go back and get my nails done after a month and they said she was off so I was placed with Sharon . I came across some nail art that I was excited to try and I showed Sharon two different design that I wanted , she chose the somewhat harder one. First my nails were filled a little to thin to my liking and after she had shaved down most of them I told her I wanted them thicker . She got upset after that, Iknow I should have said something sooner so my fault . She filled them thicker and then proceeded to ask me if they were okay which they were . Then she started on the nail art and of course it was time consuming . Some of the French design was thicker on one hand and the other, so I was looking at it and comparing so if anything needed to be fixed (of course I’m paying for this I want it to come out almost perfect) . She fixed what we needed to be fixed but I could tell she was really annoyed so I felt uncomfortable through your the whole process . Halfway through, Sharon proceeded to tell me that next time I want designs I should wait for Helen . Which when I first sat in Sharon’s chair I showed her the designs I wanted and gave her the option to choose on what she wanted and could do on my nails . She did do a great job on my nails ( I paid $75 for French espresso tips) and I am very happy with them however the annoyed attitude wasn’t needed.
